Born on the 2nd of December, 1981 at Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model best known for her appearances in both film and TV series. Brandt began her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with the character of Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Since then, the actress has appeared on several TV shows including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is currently performing the role of Mazikeen as a character from Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand with her family during her teenage years. Her career began as a model by appearing in ads and commercials. She worked in sales, as well as an expert in the field of information technology before becoming famous as a fashion designer. She portrayed Leilani Fa'auigaese, a character from the New Zealand TV sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her first big appearance was in 2021, when she played the role of a slave girl Naevia as part of the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role of Naevia. She starred alongside Craig Parker. Craig Parker in three different show on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast to portray a bounty hunter demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix show Lucifer. This happens to be her most memorable role so far. She co-stars in the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
